Aleksandra Komornicka wins the Saki Ruth Dockrill Memorial Prize

Ph.D. researcher Aleksandra Komornicka wins the Saki Ruth Dockrill Memorial Prize at the International Graduate Students Conference on the Cold War, with her paper “The Unity of Europe is inevitable: Poland and the European Economic Community in the 1970s”.
The Prize consists in the publication of the paper in the Cold War History journal.
The 2019 edition of the Conference took place at LSE Ideas and it was jointly organised by the Cold War Studies Project at LSE IDEAS, the Center for Cold War Studies and International History at the University of California in Santa Barbara, and the Cold War Group at George Washington University in Washington DC.
